The folks from Scambook have made an interesting video which teaches users how to get their money back in case their credit cards have been charged without them authorizing it.

According to the experts, there are various reasons for a dispute, but the most common are the situations in which users don’t actually receive the item they paid for, they receive the wrong item, they asked for a refund but they weren’t refunded, or they were charged multiple times for the item.

To ensure that you’ll get your money back in case of unauthorized credit card charges, be sure to closely monitor your account. Once the fraudulent charge is noticed, the credit card company must be alerted immediately.

Finally, you can submit a complaint with Scambook. They’re pretty good at what they do and they may be able to help you get your money back faster than the firm that issued the credit card.
