NVIDIA says this is the fastest 7-inch tablet on the market today

British customers looking to grab the NVIDIA Tegra Note 7 should be excited to know that Currys and PC World have officially announced they will be offering their own-branded version of the Tegra Note slate.

This model will go on the sale with the name Advent Vega Tegra Note 7 attached to it and will become available in stores as well as online, starting November 15. Those eager enough can place a pre-order for the device, starting tomorrow, November 7. It will cost £179.99 / $290 / €214 a pop, reports Pocket-lint.

When it hits the stores, the Advent Vega Tegra will come sporting a 7-inch display with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. It will bundle a 72-core GeForce graphics chip and a quad-core-A15 processor.

Recently, it has been unveiled that the slate will also offer support for the GameStream technology, allowing gamers to run their games more smoothly than ever. It will certainly prove to be useful, since the slate enables access to the TegraZone gaming paradise.

The tablet features a pressure sensing stylus that takes advantage of the DirectStylus technology. Photo and video enthusiasts will find two cameras on board, the 5MP one and the 0.3MP front snapper. Battery life is said to last up to 10 hours of intense use.
