The twin cubs were born about 8 months ago, might just be the absolute cutest furry creatures ever to walk the Earth

Earlier this year, a snow leopard living in captivity at Zoo Zürich in Switzerland delivered two perfectly healthy and totally adorbs twin cubs.

The young felines, photos of which are available in the gallery below, are now all grown up, and by the looks of it, ready and willing to make a career as professional troublemakers.

Caretakers say that Okara and Orya, as the cubs are named, have seriously trouble keeping still, be it for just a couple of minutes. They are forever running around, playing and exploring their surroundings.

The good news is that, although somewhat annoyed by their offspring's erratic behavior, mother Dshamilja and father Villy love them way too much to ground them.

Not to burst anyone's bubble of joy and bliss, but it must be said that, presently, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature considers snow leopards to be an endangered species.

Thus, Zoo Borns tell us that, in 2003, just 4,000 to 6,500 such felines still populated the wild, and that just 2,500 of them were fit to produce cubs.

Like plenty of other species, snow leopards risk going extinct sometime in the not-too-distant future due to the destruction of their natural habitat. The fact that people keep hunting them for their fur isn't helping either.
