The miniature feline, now just 8 weeks old, sports two black blotches that look just like eyebrows on his forehead

40-year-old Andy Entwistle of Bolton, Greater Manchester, and wife Caroline are the proud foster parents of an adorable kitten whose funny-looking face landed him the nickname the Concerned Kitten.

The young feline, now just 8 weeks old, sports two almost perfectly symmetrical black markings on his forehead. The black blotches, similar to eyebrows, make him look as if he were perpetually worrying about something.

Andy Entwistle says that, when the kitten was born, the black markings weren't all that obvious. Over the past few weeks, however, they got fuller and more like proper eyebrows, making the kitten look perpetually concerned.

“As he grew they got bigger and started to spread out. We started saying how confused he looked so I penned him ‘Concerned Kitten’ and it's just stuck,” the feline's owner and his wife said in an interview, as cited by DM.

Now, some of you might be tempted to think that the black blotches were drawn on the kitten's face by Andy and his wife Caroline. Still, the couple insist that they are not trying to trick us and that the markings are as real as it gets.

“If anyone doesn't believe it, we're happy to try and rub them off. They're not going anywhere!” the couple said when accused of having tampered with their kitten's appearance.
