Adoption Fever Hits Hatcher and Berry

Not so long ago, when asked about any plans about a child with Demi Moore, the Punk'd star Ashton Kutcher replied with great wisdom and irony �I think we'll have to adopt one. That's the trend these days. Everybody adopts children."

The latest stars to join the ever growing trend of adopting children instead of giving birth are two Hollywood beauties, Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher and both Oscar and Razzie winner Halley Berry.

Already mother of her own old fashion obtained child (daughter Emerson, age 8) Teri Hatcher said in one interview: "Emerson and I have talked about it. She wants it to be a girl, and I think she'd be a great big sister. But the way I look at it, one child would have a father and one wouldn't. One child would come and go from (the father's) house, and one wouldn't," and added "I'm not saying it's impossible... (but) I haven't completely given up on finding a partner."

The 39 year old Halley Berry is also giving serious thought to the matter. �I will adopt if it doesn't happen for me naturally. I will definitely adopt. And I probably will adopt even if it does happen naturally."
