One of the most downloaded PDF readers for Android devices, Adobe Reader has just received a small update that brings two new features and some bug fixes.

With almost 100 million downloads in the Google Play store, Adobe Reader is amazingly popular among Android users.

The application allows users to access, manage, and share a range of PDF types, including PDF Portfolios, password-protected documents, fillable forms, and Adobe LiveCycle® rights-managed PDF.

The latest update released on Google Play adds “privacy policy” to the PDF reader. Secondly, there’s a new feature included called Smart Zoom.

Last but not least, developers fixed some bugs with the text selection and highlighting, which were previously reported by users.

The new Adobe Reader 10.4.2 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
