Adobe Reader Touch, the Windows 8 version of the popular PDF reader, has just received an update, providing adopters of Microsoft’s new OS with some new and very helpful features.

According to the official changelog posted in the Windows Store, Adobe Reader Touch now boasts a brand new printing option, as many users have complained about the lack of such a feature. This means that, from now on, Windows 8 consumers are allowed to print PDF documents without closing the app and leaving the Metro environment.

In addition, the app now comes with shortcuts for find, open, print, and close options so, in case you’re using it on a Windows 8 desktop computer, you can easily access these features using keyboard hotkeys.

Just as expected, Adobe Reader Touch 1.1.7.4537 is available for all Windows 8 users, including those running the desktop and the tablet-oriented Windows RT.
