Adobe Reader has received a brand new update this morning to resolve some of the issues found in the previous builds and causing trouble to Windows users.

According to the official release notes published by Adobe this morning, Adobe Reader 11.0.5 comes to address “a regression that occurred in version 11.0.4 affecting Javascript controls.”

Basically, Windows users, regardless of the operating system version currently running on their computers, are supposed to notice a slight performance boost after deploying the update, while being provided with a bug-free experience.

Just like all the other releases so far, Adobe Reader 11.0.5 was designed to be used on all Windows versions still supported by Microsoft, including the very old Windows XP and the modern Windows 8. Both 32- and 64-bit editions of the OS are compatible.
