Adobe has just released a new beta version of its popular Flash Player, trying to fix a number of bugs spotted by users in the previous builds.

Adobe Flash Player 11.8.800.64 Beta comes with fixes to address an issue in Mozilla Firefox that crashed the browser when exiting full-screen mode with hardware acceleration.

In addition, clients using the SilentAutoUpdateServerDomain directive in MMS.CFG will no longer see prompts for manual installation under any circumstances, according to the official release notes.

Last but not least, this particular build brings fixes for Chrome users, but also for Internet Explorer 10 fans that were encountering issues with SWF-based drop-down menus.

Of course, keep in mind that it’s still a beta, so this particular version might still cause crashes and a number of issues, regardless of the browser you’re using.
