Say what you will about Adobe, but the company has some pretty smart people working for it. And it has a knack for leaving people with their gaping mouths open while demoing some of the technologies it's working on, particularly when it comes to Photoshop.

The undisputed king in the digital photo editing world, Photoshop has some pretty impressive technology built into it. Yet it still manages to wow.

Before Photoshop CS 5 was revealed, Adobe managed to amaze everyone with its demos for Content-Aware refill and delete. Photoshop would analyze a photo and then magically fill it with what would have taken a human a lot of time.

Now, it's showcasing something equally magical, an 'unblur' feature that takes seemingly ruined photos and recovers them. Again, this falls into the 'it has to be seen to be believed' category.
