They are called Tru-Form Media 1500GB and are meant to reduce hand strain

Here's a peripheral kit with a really bizarre name that makes me think about a PCI Express SSD, or something similarly expansive from the storage industry. Nevertheless, we really are dealing with a keyboard and mouse here.

Adesso is the company name, and the products are called Tru-Form Media 1500GB Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard & Mouse.

The keyboard has a sloped split design and is pretty curvy, seeking to ensure that your hands are always comfortably situated. Adesso wanted to ensure that the strain on your wrists was minimal.

There are 105 keys (membrane, not mechanical switches) and the connection to PCs is established via 2.4 GHz radio Wi-Fi (30 feet / 10 meters range).

Needless to say, multimedia hotkeys are included (7 of them, from play, pause, mute, eject, next/previous track, volume up/down), as are Windows shortcuts (12 of them, like home, back refresh, favorites, e-mail, etc.).

2.4 GHz wireless tech is used for the mouse, which happens to be similarly designed, with low hand strain in mind. A laser sensor is used, with adjustable DPI (steps of 800, 1200 and 1600 DPI). Two Internet navigation buttons are included.

The Adesso Tru-Form Media 1500GB peripheral kit has a price of $69.99 / €69.99.
