Scorned ex wants revenge, says he will “expose” the Grammy-winning singer

When it happened to the likes of Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, the world hardly batted an eyelash but now that Adele seems to be in the same situation, it's been turned upside down. The singer's ex is threatening to leak revealing footage of the two.

According to French tabloid Public, Adele allowed her ex-boyfriend to record one of their encounters. Paparazzo Jean Claude Elfassi is now bragging that he'll be making the footage available.

The latest issue of the tabloid will be dedicated entirely to this scandal. The reported footage will be made public today, online, Oh No They Didn't reports.

At least two photos (still shots) from the purported video have emerged online – and they show a woman who looks very much like Adele or, one can only hope, is a good lookalike.

Adele hasn't responded in any way to the controversy yet, but she did tweet a few days ago “I hate paparazzi,” which is believed to have been her reaction to news that she'll be thus publicly shamed.

Word online has it that this is her ex's way of getting back at her for how she shamed him publicly when she wrote all the songs on “21” after they broke up.

He wants revenge because he too was hurt in the breakup but, obviously, Adele didn't care about that.

What's odd is that this scandal comes shortly on the heels of Adele's amazing interview with Vogue, in which she had nothing but nice things to say about the man who broke her heart so badly and, in the process, inspired one of the most successful and beautiful music albums of our times.

“It’s not like, 'You [expletive] me over and I’m going to write a record and make you the most hated man in the world.' I am never writing a breakup record again, by the way. I’m done with being a bitter witch,” she said.

“You know, he was amazing. He was great. But it was never going to work. [N]ow, after some time, it only seems right that the person who so far has had the biggest impact on me – has now changed my life for [expletive]-ing ever with this album – deserves a little credit,” Adele also said about her ex.

“I can do things that I never dreamed I’d be able to do. If I hadn’t met him, I think I’d still be that little girl I was when I was eighteen. And the best thing is, I now know what I want for myself and from someone else. I didn’t know what I wanted before,” she added.

The scandal also comes after a wonderful weekend for the singer: she won 6 awards at the Grammys 2012 and officially became the biggest artist of the moment.
