The recently launched Transformers: Fall of Cybertron has a number of problems linked to the multiplayer side of the game, but the companies linked to the game are ready to collaborate to make sure that they are solved as quickly as possible.

A post on the High Moon Studios blog reads: “We’ve seen some concerns from PC fans about the online experience and have been working hard with internal and external teams to address any issues.”

Activision is apparently working both with developer High Moon Studios and with Mercenary Technologies, who has created the PC port, to make sure that all the problems are solved as quickly as possible.

The post adds, “We are also monitoring the support web site very closely. Any users who have additional inquiries should visit this link and rest assured that we are looking at all user comments and questions.”

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron tells the story of how the Autobots left their dying planet and is not tied to a movie set in the same universe.

The game is also available on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.
