Acer has made available drivers compatible with the 64-bit version of Microsoft’s latest Windows operating system, namely the 8.1 platform, for all of its Aspire V7 and S7 ultrabook series.

Specifically speaking, Windows 8.1 along with the related drivers can be installed on the Aspire S7-191, S7-391, and S7-392 devices. In addition to that, Aspire V7-481 and V7-581 ultrabooks, as well as all P, G, and PG related models, also have 8.1-compatible drivers available.

Moreover, several other ultrabooks such as Aspire V7-482P/G, V7-582P/G, or V5-573 (all models), benefit from drivers that can be installed under the Windows 8.1 platform.

As for the producers that provide these packages, Intel and NVIDIA give the graphics files, Elantech and Synaptics enable the touchpad feature, and Realtek takes care of the high-definition audio and card reader drivers.

In addition to that, Intel ensures the components’ well-functioning through the chipset files (ME, SATA AHCI, and Chipset packages), and Atheros ensures the good functionality of the Bluetooth and wireless LAN connections. However, for some models, Intel also provides Bluetooth and WLAN drivers.

Therefore, if you consider upgrading to Microsoft’s Windows 8.1 OS and need the compatible drivers, from the links below, follow the one that best describes your ultrabook model. If there are no matches, then search the device’s name in the “Drivers” category on our website.
