We must congratulate Acer for quickly upgrading the company’s A-series tablets. Without much fuss, Acer simply displayed the younger brothers at the company’s Computex 2012 booth.

The main upgrade that these who have received is, reportedly, the implementation of Nvidia’s Tegra 3 mobile processor with its quad-core ARM Cortex A9 architecture and the famous companion core.

The 10” model is called Iconia A210 and comes with a 1280 by 800 pixel resolution.

The storage options are 8 GB or 16 GB and the battery rating has remained the same at 3620 mAh.

The 7” model comes with a lower 1024 by 600 screen resolution, which basically means that most 3D games will run smoother on the Iconia A110.

The main system memory is just 1 GB which we find a little unfortunate, as most smartphones released this autumn will feature 2 GB.

Still, we can’t complain as these two will probably have a very good price from Acer.
