Even though Europeans still have two more months to wait until they can get their hands on Acer’s Iconia Tab A200, Australian users can get the tablet right now for 349 AUD ($348 US or 267 EUR).

The A200 is available as a Harvey Norman exclusive and packs an Nvidia dual-core Tegra 2 SoC clocked at 1GHz, 1GB of RAM, as well as 16GB or 32GB of storage space.

Users also have the option of expanding storage capacity via a microSD card and the tablet also includes a full sized USB port.

The operating system of choice is Android 3.2 Honeycomb which comes with a series of pre-installed Acer apps, such as the Clear.fi wireless media sharing application, but Smart House has found out from Acer that Android 4.0, aka Ice Cream Sandwich, will be available in January via an update
