It looks like June is turning into the month when a whole new ballgame will start in the technological industry.

Not only is it the time when Intel and AMD will launch new CPUs, but it will also mark the coming of a new wave of products, everything from mobile gadgets to large PCs and TVs.

Since it is convinced that a tight competition will begin on the tablet front as well, Acer is preparing to be on top of things when summer rolls around.

We can expect to find more $150-200 / €150 – 200 tablets not unlike the Iconia B1.

10-inch entry-level devices will make an appearance as well. Instead of Tegra 3 SoCs from NVIDIA though, or Samsung Exynos and Qualcomm Snapdragon CPUs, they will use MediaTek chips and will launch in August.

HP and Lenovo will pull similar maneuvers, so Acer is adjusting its schedule.
