14-inch and 15-inch models have Ivy Bridge and Kepler inside

UK citizens looking for a thin and light laptop, provided they don't have it hard financially, might want to keep an eye out for the Acer Aspire M5.

Measuring 14 inches and 15 inches in screen diagonal, the ultrabooks are renamed Timeline Ultra series, which sell in the United States.

Don't worry about the hardware. The company made it clear that not only is Intel's Ivy Bridge CPU series up for grabs, but NVIDIA's Kepler graphics can be chosen too (GeForce GT 640M).

Expect to see a thin display bezel, an ODD, a number keypad and even a backlit keyboard too.

Alas, the memory, storage and pretty much all other specs are still under wraps, as is the price, which means that you'll have to wait for mid-June for more, since that's when shops are going to list the things.
