The Twitter accounts of celebrities get hacked all the time. Over the past days, Ronnie Radke, Jersey Shore actors, Band of Horses, Alfredo Flores, and Niall Horan had their accounts hijacked.

While in some cases the attackers use the compromised accounts to troll their victim, or to lure their followers to malicious websites, in others, cybercriminals simply prefer to sell access to it.

Suriya Prakash reports on E Hacking News that the Twitter account of A.N.T. Farm actress Stefanie Scott – which has over 528,000 followers – is currently being sold on an underground hacker forum.

The seller – who appears to be trusted on the hacker forum in question – started the bid at $20 (€1.5), but he claims it built up to $400 (€300).

Hopefully, Stefanie Scott will change her password before someone starts to abuse the account.
