Microsoft is providing the necessary resources to make it as simple as possible for businesses in a variety of industries to start taking advantage of its barcode technology. Via the Download Center the software giant is offering a number of Microsoft Tag releases focused on different target groups. According to Microsoft the resources are designed to target business users in retail, real estate, publishing, transit and in marketing.

The collection of resources can of course be downloaded free of charge from the software giant. You will be able to find the necessary download links at the bottom of this article. But what’s important to underline is the extent of documentation shared with the public. The company is hard at work attempting to drive adoption of Microsoft Tag, and the help resources offered, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, etc. are bound to make it as simple as possible for businesses to embrace the software giant’s barcode technology.

Microsoft Tag lost its Beta label earlier this year, in May. At some 18 months since the introduction of the unique mobile barcode technology, in excess of 1 billion High Capacity Color Barcodes (HCCBs) had already been produced.
