The second and last Beta version of the upcoming Accerciser 3.8 package, an interactive Python accessibility explorer for the GNOME desktop environment, has been released for testing two days ago, on March 5.

Accerciser 3.8 Beta 2 fixes three bugs (687885, 692543 and 694120): keywords have been added to the desktop file, markup has been removed from translatable strings, and a launch crash related to Python 3 gettext compatibility has been fixed.

Last but not least, lots of translations have been updated in Accerciser 3.8 Beta 2, among which we can mention Spanish, Serbian, Lithuanian, Slovak, Polish, Traditional Chinese, Czech, German, Simplified Chinese, Uygur, New Brunswick, Galician, Hebrew, and a few others. More details can be found in the raw changelog. Download Accerciser 3.8 Beta 2 (3.7.91) right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a beta release and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only.
