“Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” Red Band Trailer Is Out

If you prefer your history with a dash of the occult and supernatural, you should definitely not miss out on “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.” Below is a brand new, red band trailer for it.

This being a red band release, *please keep in mind that it contains images that might offend, in this particular case, of excessive violence.

The idea behind this new slasher / vampire flick is that there was a side to the US President that no one knew about: he was also a champion against the armies of the undead.

The idea might seem a bit tacky or even hilarious but, somehow, it works for the film, which is based on Seth Grahame-Smith's novel of the same name.

This new trailer offers a much better look at the monsters (vampires) and lots of gory images of how Lincoln slays them. As one commenter says on IGN, “Too bad Lincoln wasn't around for Twilight.”

Yes, he's that good.
