14 DAY TRIAL // Security solutions provider AVG Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire Canada-based LPI Level Platforms Inc., a company that provides remote monitoring and management software.
AVG is confident that the technology from LPI Level Platforms, particularly the cloud-based remote monitoring and management platform Managed Workplace, can enhance the company’s existing cloud-based services model.
In addition, the move will significantly expand AVG’s distributor network.
