AVG Antivirus Free 2014 comes to bring not only several new features, but also performance optimizations over the previous releases.
While AVG Technologies, the company behind the software solution, is yet to provide us with some official release notes, the 2014 version does pack a number of improvements, including a redesigned UI, more effective scan modes, lower footprint on system resources, and support for all Windows versions on the market
In fact, AVG Antivirus Free 2014 is also expected to work flawlessly on Windows 8.1 RTM too, as most security vendors on the market are now updating their products to work on Microsoft’s latest OS update as well.
