AVG Technologies has completed development of another build of its flagship anti-virus solution, which means that all Windows computers currently running it should be updated to the latest version as soon as possible.

The parent company hasn’t yet released any official change log for this new build, but it’s only natural to assume that AVG Antivirus Free 2014 Build 4355a7262 comes with bug fixes and performance improvements that are supposed to make the app work smoother on all Windows builds out there.

AVG Antivirus Free will continue to work on Windows XP as well after Microsoft retires the operating system on April 8, so make sure that you deploy the latest version of the security solution before end of support arrives for the aging operating system.

AVG has implemented a brand new look in the 2014 version of its anti-virus product, including a flatter look that gets in line with the trend started by Windows 8 in October 2012, but also a more effective scanning engine, reduced CPU and RAM usage, plus a bunch of other tools that are specifically designed to protect your computer and block malware.

Overall, this update should be installed on all computers as soon as possible, so download AVG Antivirus Free 2014 Build 4355a7262 right away to see what’s new.
