ATI Technologies Inc. recently announced that its Radeon graphics processors series has been selected to power DEPO Computers' entire range of home and multimedia Ego PCs.

Starting in late August, DEPO Ego systems powered by ATI's Radeon X1300, Radeon X1600, Radeon X1800 and Radeon X1900 GPUs will be available in major Russian retail stores as well as at DEPO.RU e-tail store.

"ATI has provided leading graphics solutions to the world's largest PC manufacturers for 20 years. We're pleased to partner with DEPO Computers, Russia's top PC manufacturer to provide advanced home multimedia systems based exclusively on ATI graphics. DEPO Ego PCs featuring ATI Radeon X1K series GPU delivers the ultimate visual experience to customers across Russia," said Dave Orton, President & Chief Executive Officer, ATI Technologies Inc.

DEPO Computers Company is the largest manufacturer of computer systems in Russia, being integrated into the DEALINE E-business Hub. Servers, workstations and personal computers are presently produced under the DEPO and DEPO Ego brand names, and, in the same time, DEPO computer systems are supplied throughout the country through an extensive partner network. DEPO produces PC systems for a broad range of customers including small, medium and large businesses, state institutions and agencies and retail users.

Alex Zhavoronkov, Director Sales, Russia & CIS, ATI Technologies (Europe) sustained that this partnership represents a milestone for ATI Technologies in Russia, as a major system integrator in Russia decided to use exclusively ATI-based graphics in the autumn product lineup. "The new DEPO Ego PC series will be available in all major retail networks across Russia, allowing a large number of PC buyers to experience the power of Radeon X1K series graphics," Mr. Zhavoronkov added.
