The original Samsung Galaxy Tab is available in the United States for quite sometime and will probably be replaced soon by other tablets.

It looks like AT&T is determined to get rid of the last Galaxy Tab units in its stock, as the carrier shaved $300 (218 EUR) off the tablet's original price.

Basically, customers can now purchase the original Samsung Galaxy Tab for only $99.99 with a new two-year agreement of at least $35 (25 EUR) per month.

However, the tablet is still stuck on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, though Verizon recently rolled out Android 2.3.5 upgrade for its original Galaxy Tab.

Samsung's first Android tablet is powered by a 1GHz single core processor and sports a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 600 x 1024 pixels resolution.

The price change doesn't seem to appear on the carrier's site yet, so it's better to check it out at the nearest store.
