On September 4th, wireless carrier AT&T will bring to the market in the United States a new smartphone running under Google's Android operating system, namely the LG Thrill 4G, and it seems that even more retail partners than before plan on picking it up. We already reported on Target aiming at releasing the new device on September 4th, and it seems that Radio Shack will have it available on that day as well.

A recently leaked document from the company shows that the AT&T LG Thrill 4G is expected to arrive on its shelves later this week, most probably on September 4th, the same day as it will arrive at AT&T.

Moreover, info on the price tag the new device will sport at Radio Shack emerged as well, pointing at a $79.99 cost with the signing of a two-year contract agreement.

This is the same price tag the device was expected to feature at Target, and the off-contract cost is reportedly the same too, namely of $549.99.

AT&T already confirmed that the mobile phone will be released on its network on September 4th, and even said that it will be priced under 100, but did not offer specific info on the matter until now.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the LG Thrill 4G is AT&T's flavor of LG Optimus 3D, the first handset in the world unveiled with support for the recording and playback of 3D content.

The handset comes with a dual-core Texas Instruments OMAP4 processor inside, with each core clocked in at 1GHz, and complemented by a PowerVR SGX 540 GPU.

Moreover, the smartphone will arrive on shelves with 512 MB of RAM, along with 8GB of internal memory, complemented by a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

Moreover, the new device sports dual five-megapixel cameras on the back, with support for recording 3D content in HD, as well as with 2D recording capabilities in full HD.
