AT&T Rolls Out Software Update for Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket

I did the update and it crashed my phone. I got a white screen with "Loading" and a progress bar. Let it run all night (I did the update later in the day) and no progress. Tried taking out the battery, sim card, SD card, etc. to no avail. I thought I had a virus somehow. Called AT&T Tech Support and found out it was a back update push. They are sending me a new phone but I am also going to a local Device Service Center. I live NW of Atlanta so I have two options. At the bottom of the link is the list of stores by state with directions. Unfortunately there may be no phone numbers (at least for the two I am trying to go to). Definitely better than a 7 day wait for a new phone. I pulled out my sim card an put it in my old iPhone 3GS to get some type of phone (I don't have a home phone). Hope this helps.
