14 DAY TRIAL // AT&T is stocking cases that are designed specifically for the next-generation iPhone, BGR has confirmed with the help of an insider.
The tech site has obtained a few images from an AT&T source depicting “iPhone 5 cases that are already popping up in the company’s internal accessory systems.”
AT&T has been Apple’s #1 choice in iPhone carriers since 2007, followed by Verizon and Sprint in the generations to follow. T-Mobile is said to remain blacklisted this year as well, which is why the operator is now “selling against the iPhone.”
BGR adds a note citing iMore, which is said to be very well connected regarding the rumors around the iPhone 5. According to the latter, the new iPhone is in line with all the recent hardware leaks. In other words, the device will look much like the one pictured above, if not the same.
