AT&T officially confirmed the upcoming availability of Nokia Lumia 900 and HTC Titan II starting April 8. The carrier also announced the former will be available for as low as $99, with the latter for $199.

Both deals require customers to commit to a new two-year agreement. Even so, the Lumia 900 price seems to be an amazing deal for those who wish to purchase a Windows Phone device.

Today, the guys over at WPCentral got word on the outright price of the Lumia 900, which is surprisingly low. It appears that AT&T and Nokia are willing offer the smartphone for only $449.99 (335 EUR) off-contract.

HTC Titan II is $100 more expensive than the Lumia 900, so customers who do not want to be tied with a long-term contract will have to come up with $549.99 (410 EUR) upfront.
