Nokia Lumia 920, the best-selling Windows Phone 8 handset, is partially sold out at AT&T, as customers can only order the white and black color versions.

The red, cyan and yellow-themed Lumia 920 are expected to arrive back in stock at AT&T in about a week or so, sources in the market claim.

Anyway, Windows Phone fans who do not wish to wait until the Lumia 920 becomes available in the United States once again, may want to give the Lumia 820 a try.

Even though it’s not on par with Nokia’s flagship smartphone, the Lumia 820 still offers better specs than most Windows Phone 8 handsets available on the market.

Moreover, AT&T customers will be able to purchase the Nokia Lumia 820 for only $0.01 with a new two-year agreement via Amazon Wireless.

Usually, the smartphone is available at AT&T for $50/€40 on 2-year contracts, but Amazon is running a promotional deal on the Lumia 820 and promises to ship it in 24 hours.

For those who do not want to commit to a lon-term contract, Amazon Wireless offers the Lumia 820 for $400/€305 outright. Check it out here.

As we mentioned earlier, Lumia 820 is pretty impressive when it comes to hardware. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor, which is complemented by an Adreno 225 graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM.

There are only 8GB of storage inside, but users will be able to further expand the internal memory up to 64GB via microSD memory card. An additional 7GB of free cloud storage is available as well via SkyDrive.

Another strong point of the phone is the 8-megapixel main camera that features Carl Zeiss Tessar lens, dual-LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording. A secondary VGA front-facing camera for video calls is available as well.
