According to the latest news on the Web, AT&T will soon add a new mobile phone to its offering, namely the recently spotted LG Neon. The handset looks a lot like the already known LG KS360. In fact, the resemblance between the too is striking, the main difference being the brand new green suit the new one features.

Sporting a full QWERTY keyboard and a 2.4-inch TFT touch screen display able to deliver a 240 x 320 pixel resolution and 262 144 colors, the fresh-looking LG KS360 has limited functionality when closed, users only being able to dial a number through the on-screen numeric keypad.

One thing that the new LG Neon brings that wasn't present on the KS360 is the AT&T logo on the front side, which means that the handset will become available with the carrier. The AT&T phone will offer the operator's customers the possibility to use its handy QWERTY keyboard for fast text input.

According to the news, the device is also expected to feature a 2-megapixel photo snapper, as well as Bluetooth connectivity and FM radio. What LG KS360 does not sport is 3G capabilities, yet we might see an upgrade with the LG Neon, mainly due to the fact that almost all AT&T handsets included in the carrier's lineup have this feature.

The new side-slider mobile phone should come with GSM (850/900/1800/1900) connectivity, and is expected to include a Li-Ion battery, yet there are no details on its capacity or capabilities. At the same time, no information on the release date or price tag has been provided yet, but AT&T might unveil the handset in the near future, so we won't have too long to wait for it.
