It looks like AT&T will be the third US-based carrier to launch the Samsung Galaxy Note II. The carrier has just opened up pre-orders for the “phablet” and claims it will start shipping the device on November 6.

Customers can purchase the AT&T Galaxy Note II for as low as $299.99 USD (230 EUR) with a new two-year agreement.

Those who do not wish to commit to a long-term contract can grab the smartphone for $649.99 USD (500 EUR) upfront. Check it out here.

Samsung Galaxy Note II is already available for purchase in the US from T-Mobile, but customers have to pay no less than $370 USD (285 EUR) and commit to a new 2-year contract.

Verizon Wireless also kicked off pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy Note II, but the carrier will launch the superphone on November 27. US Cellular will have the Galaxy Note II available this Friday, October 26.
