ASUS has prepared an extensive lineup for this year's Computex computer show, showcasing a series of products that are yet to be officially announced. Such is the case with three new systems that are on display at the company's booth, including a new version of the slim and light Eee PC 1005H, which is part of the Seashell series. These new systems will likely be announced in various markets in a couple of weeks, so here's a good chance to run through some of the specifications that will be made available.

 

According to the available details that have been provided by the fellows over at the Italian-language, eeepc.it, ASUS has a few more systems that it needs to officially announce, including a new version of the Eee PC 1005H Seashell series. This new machine has been branded the EeePC 1005HGO and will provide users with support for an integrated 3G modem, which will offer extensive wireless connectivity support. The other features that have been enabled on this new Eee PC are similar to those on the company's Eee PC 1005HA.

 

The more interesting systems are the ASUS' two new desktops, the Eee Top ET2203T and Eee Top ET2202T, both of which have been featured with similar designs. However, on the specifications side, these two are completely different, with the former featuring a Core 2 Duo processor, and the latter based on a dual-core version of Intel's Atom processor.

 

The Eee Top ET2202T has a 20-inch display with a 1600 by 900 resolution and is powered by Intel's Atom 330 processor. Additional features include 2GB of RAM, NVIDIA's Ion 9400M GPU, HDMI output, WiFi 802.11n, DVD burner and a 250GB hard drive. As for the larger 21.5-inch model, users will be able to take advantage of the Core 2 Duo T6500 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive and ATI's Radeon HD4570 graphics chip, enabling support for a large 1920 by 1080 HD resolution.

 

As far as pricing is concerned, nothing is known about the new Eee PC 1005HGo, but the Eee Top ET2202T and ET2203T will be priced from $599 to $799 and from $799 to $1199, respectively.
