ASUS, one of the world's leading vendors of computer components, has recently announced the expansion of its graphics card offering with the addition of a couple of new models. With the announcement, the Taiwanese company has now formerly introduced the high-end Republic of Gamers (ROG) MARS, the ROG MATRIX GTX285, the ASUS Formula Series and the new ASUS Bravo 9500 graphics solutions. Each of these products has been specifically designed for a different type of customer, ranging from high-end enthusiasts to everyday users, looking for an energy-efficient graphics solution that is also performance-capable.

ASUS' new lineup has been built to provide users with a complete graphics card offering, ranging from the high-end enthusiast with the ROG MARS GTX285 behemoth and ROG MATRIX GTX285 to the multimedia user who enjoys watching movies on his personal HTPC. Most of these cards are built using NVIDIA's latest GeForce graphics processing units and are expected to soon become available to PC users worldwide.

The ASUS MARS graphics card has already been showcased by the company, being one of the main highlights at various trade shows, like the Computex 2009 show. The card is equipped with 4GB of on-board 1024-bit memory and uses a high-end cooling solution. The ROG MATRIX GTX285 boasts ASUS' Super Hybrid Engine for optimal performance and the upgraded iTracker2 utility for overclocking enthusiasts.

The new Formula Series is said to have been designed as an efficient graphics card, featuring some of the latest GPUs from AMD, including the Radeon HD4890 and the Radeon HD4770. The two cards boast two uniquely designed cooling solutions that have been inspired by the design of Formula 1 cars.

Finally, the new Bravo 9500 GPU comes as an energy-efficient alternative to some of today's high-end cards. It boats a single-slot design, featuring a green GeForce 9500 graphics processing unit from NVIDIA. Unfortunately, we have no details regarding the pricing of these new cards.
