Taiwanese motherboard maker ASUS is expected to expand its line of RoG (Republic of Gamers) products with an upcoming unveiling of the RoG OC Station, a controller that is designed to enable computer enthusiasts to easily boost the performance of their high-end desktop rigs with some minor tweaks to the system voltages and frequencies. Pictures of the OC Station have recently surfaced on the Internet pointing to a possible release in the near future, although the company is yet to confirm the device.

ASUS' RoG family of motherboards is designed as a line of high-end products targeted at computer enthusiasts, overclockers and PC users who want to stand out from the crowd with their desktop PC. With the latest OC Station, ASUS takes things a step further as it allows the aforementioned groups to further increase the performance of their PCs and also monitor various details regarding the systems' status.

There are only a few details available at this point, but ASUS is expected to reveal more during the Computex show in Taiwan, starting early next month. According to available info, the OC Station is designed as a 5.25-inch unit that boasts an adjustable front panel and a 3-inch color LCD, which is said to provide details on system voltages, temperatures, clock speeds and more. There's also an OC knob that will enable users to adjust the clock speed of the CPU or the GPU, but these features are yet to be confirmed.

Pictures of the device have already been made available on XFastest, which means that ASUS is getting ready to officially unveil the product in the near future. For the time being, the OC Station appears to be part of ASUS’ RoG family, but there are some questions regarding the compatibility of the device with different motherboards.
