Everybody is bashing Apple these days over the iPhone 6

As Apple’s new smartphones face criticism over their bendability, dubbed “bendgate,” social media and online forums have been abuzz with comments and opinions.

Seeing all the fuss created around the subject, Apple’s competition couldn’t resist poking some fun at the now infamous #bendgate too.

Samsung, LG, and HTC have already done it and now it’s time for ASUS to have a go and join in the fun. Despite Apple mentioning that these bending issues are quite rare, Cupertino’s competitors are keen on exploiting this “black hole” as much as they possibly can.

ASUS has gone on Facebook and posted a bunch of comparison images of the iPhone 6 and a few of the company’s products. In one of them we see the Apple handset with the “iBend” tag below, alongside the Windows-based Transformer Book Flip or iFlip.

Apparently, ASUS wants to show customers that “the best way to bend is to flip.” The comparison might be a little far-fetched for some, but you can’t help but appreciate ASUS’ acid humor.

Sure, you can’t replace a smartphone with a laptop, but the Transformer Flip is mighty inviting with its flappable display that can be angled up to 360 degrees. So why not forget about buying a new phone and get a new lappy instead?
