ASUS is apparently gearing up to produce a whole host of new tablets in the year to come

ASUS will apparently focus on selling quite a lot of tablets in 2014, but to do so, it certainly needs a new batch of devices to entice the imagination of buyers with.

It appears that’s exactly what ASUS is doing, as a new slate bearing the company’s mark has been spotted going through the FCC.

And from what can be seen so far, it’s actually a pretty interesting device. At the moment, the product is known as the M80T and will supposedly arrive in three main variants (with a total of nine.)

But wait, there’s more. Customers will be able to choose whether they want Android to run on their machine or Windows or both operating systems.

This function will be perfect for those who are undecided about which OS to opt for on their tablet and who want to have the ability to switch between them available. Apart from this, nothing much is known about the device, except that is going to sport basic wireless connectivity with 802.11n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.

In all possibility, this could turn out to be an entry level device, but we will just have to wait and see until more information arises. And who knows, maybe the ASUS M80T will be ready to show its face at the CES next year in January?
