ASUS Introduces VH Series of LCD Monitors

ASUS announced the release of new HDMI-equipped models added to its high performance, richly-featured LCD monitor lineup. The new monitors are available in screen sizes ranging from 18.5-inch to 23.6-inch, and they pack a lot of enhancements and innovations, including Splendid Video Intelligence Technology and ASUS Smart Contrast Ratio (ASCR) technology. According to the company, the VH192, VH222, VH226 and VH242 have been designed to deliver the ultimate multimedia experience.

The perfect aspect ratio of 16:9 boasted by the VH Series monitors provides flawless playback of movies and games. The 21.5-inch screen models and above support Full HD 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, this way delivering spectacular high definition entertainment on users’ desktops. In addition, the 18.5"W VH192C/SC includes green power saving technology and Color Shine Technology enabling the display of brilliant images with maximum power efficiency. Moreover, the VH Series monitors come with piano black high-gloss beveled bezels, a striking design meant to add flair to any home.

The ASUS VH Series LCD monitors are a perfect choice for delivering multimedia. Multichannel audio and uncompressed digital video are enabled through the HDMI port, which also allows connectivity with other home entertainment devices, such as Blu-ray Disc players and game consoles. The VH Series comes with beautiful high-gloss black finishes which are accentuated by an orange-colored power button meant to suggest the sunrise at dawn.
