When choosing a desktop computer chassis, most users go for cool design, more specifically, for those computer cases that will make their PC stand apart from any other computer system. However, aside from looking cool, a computer chassis has to fulfill certain basic functions to guarantee the system builder has an easy installation process and the end user support for a high-performance desktop rig. Basically, this can be achieved by implementing a non-standard design, which leads us to one of ASUS' latest creations, the VENTO TA-M1.

As far as computer chassis go, Taiwanese manufacturer ASUS is certainly not the biggest name on the market. However, its VENTO series has always distinguished itself from all of the other computer chassis of the company, specifically because of the cool design and overall features. The latest addition to the VENTO series comes to present users with an “aesthetically pleasing design,” which actually means that it sort of looks like your normal desktop case, save some few unique features.

However, the new VENTO TA-M1 makes up for what it does lack in cool design in terms of functionality. As mentioned above, a computer chassis needs to be both functional and good-looking, which is why the TA-M1 features a metal mesh design for maximum ventilation. The ASUS case comes with support for an impressive number of four 12cm fans, which should ultimately deliver an optimal airflow, even for the most powerful high-end gaming rigs.

In addition, the VENTO TA-M1 comes with a patented screw-less design for ODD and PCI slots, allowing system builders and users alike to benefit from an overall easier installation process. In addition, this ATX computer case comes with two front USB 2.0 ports, two Audio and one IEEE 1394.

The company hasn't released any details regarding pricing and availability for the new VENTO case but, once it becomes available, you will only be able to get in the black with silver color option.
