ASUS also has three slates from the MeMO Pad family in the pipeline

Just a few days ago, the unannounced K010, K011 and K013 ASUS tablets were spotted making an appearance online.

Now the missing model, the K012, has made an appearance on Chinese website TENAA, MobileGeeks informs.

The tablet has also been spotted in the lofty database that is the GFXBench and confirms the product will actually be a Fonepad model.

On top of the pictures taken off the Chinese website mentioned above, we can now provide you with the specifications of the slate.

The ASUS K012 Fonepad will come with a 7-inch screen with a low-range resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and will draw power from an Intel Atom Z2560 clocked at 1.6GHz and fitted with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

That’s not the only model that will make it out on the market and we’ll also see a version that will arrive with a 1.2GHz Atom Z2520 processor.

The upcoming ASUS Fonepad will also come bundling a 3G module (characteristic of the Fonepad family), GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, dual cameras (0.3MP in front and 1.8MP on the back).

The default operating system is Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, as it seems ASUS has yet to make friends with the latest build Android 4.4 KitKat.

The guys over at Notebook Italia have even discovered the upcoming Fonepad has already been listed in some retail locations.

According to them, the ASUS K012 will be available in four distinct versions and will arrive with a choice of red, blue, white and black paint jobs. The prices are pretty affordable, starting up from just €88 / $121.

As for the ASUS K010, K011 and K013 which have also showed up in the news recently, they are apparently pertaining to the MeMO Pad family and the company will release them as direct competitors to for the Samsung Galaxy Tab4 line-up that was just recently launched.

Here’s a little refresh regarding the specs of the three tablets.

ASUS K010 – it will arrive with a 10-inch IPS LCD display and 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, power will be drawn from an unknown processor fitted with 1GB of RAM, dual cameras, running Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

ASUS K011 – it will arrive with an 8-inch IPS LCD display and 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, power will be drawn from an unknown processor fitted with 1GB of RAM, dual cameras, running Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

ASUS K013 – it will arrive with a 7-inch IPS LCD display and 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, power will be drawn from an unknown processor fitted with 1GB of RAM, dual cameras, running Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
