ASRock Improves Several Boards Through New BIOS Versions

Today, ASRock has made available a large number of new BIOS packages targeted at some of its motherboards, which improves DRAM compatibility, and update the Instant Flash module, PXE ROM, and Intel Management Engine.

In addition to that, the new releases also disables the “Active LVDS” by default, adds “Auto Flow Control” option for COM1, includes support for Intel’s Pentium G3258 central processing unit, and updates the Internet Flash module.

When it comes to the compatible devices, the producer has rolled out BIOS version 1.10 and 1.20 for its IMB-152 and Fatal1ty H97 Killer boards, respectively, and package 1.30 targeted at the H81M-HG4, H81M-DGS R2.0, C70M1, and IMB-151 units.

In addition to that, other boards such as H81M-VG4 (1.40), DN2800MT (1.40), SBC-210 (1.50), Q87M vPro/ASM (1.50), Q1900B-ITX (1.60), D1800B-ITX (1.60), Q87M vPro (1.80), IMB-184 (1.80), and IMB-183 (1.80) also benefit from a new BIOS update.
