ASRock has launched a new BIOS for their Intel H61 chipset motherboard. Version 1.40 adds UEFI PXE boot support and updates the CPU code.
Improvements are said to be noticeable in the memory, USB and discrete VGA card vBIOS compatibility.
With this update, the motherboard now auto detects PCIE link speed.
The H71M-DG3 motherboard features ASRock's XFast 555 technology, an easy way to boost your RAM / LAN / USB performance.
An all solid capacitor design has been used for this board, ensuring it will perform stably over its long lifetime.
To keep things nice and dry inside the case, ASRock has included a dehumidifier on this motherboard that claims to reduce moisture by up to 30%.
