Traditional AMD video card manufacturing partner PowerColor has been teasing its latest Vortex III cooling system lately. The card behind the cooling system has yet remained unknown, but today there are reports that the card in question might be a dual GPU AMD Tahiti monster.

As revealed by the latest picture, the card comes with triple 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors able to deliver a huge 150 watts of power each.

Adding up the power provided by the three 8-pin power connectors and the power also provided by the PCI-Express slot, we obtain a total of 525 watts of available power to feed the Devil 13 card.

This leads many of us to believe we can only be looking at a dual GPU card based on AMD’s Tahiti Radeon HD 7970 GPU.

The extra amount of power leads us to a possible overclocked configuration, when the two GPU might actually be running above the 1 GHz frequency that AMD sets in many of its chips.
