Produced on 32 nm technology, they have 99W TDPs and 2.2/2.5 GHz clocks

AMD's official roadmap says that “Abu Dhabi” Opteron central processors will be followed by ”Warsaw” at some point in the future.

As it happens, the first Warsaw Opteron has been spotted online. Or, rather, two of them have been listed on ShopBLT website.

They are called OS6338WQTCGHK and OS6370WQTGGHK and have 12 and 16 cores, respectively.

There's 16 MB cache memory too, and from the other numbers in the part names, we can deduce that the TDPs are 14% lower than those in the 6300 series (115W). So, that means 99 Watt TDP or so.

So, since Warsaw promises better performance-per-watt, the clocks should be lower too, at 2.5 GHz and 2.2 GHz, respectively. Probably. Maybe a bit more if we're lucky.

We'll need to wait for a few more weeks/months before AMD actually launches these Opterons.
