I suppose we'll know more tomorrow, Friday the 30th

You may or may not be familiar with the Fixer series of videos from AMD, videos which are no strangers to poking fun at NVIDIA.

The third video in this series is scheduled for release tomorrow, Friday, January 30, 2015. The teaser on YouTube, and which we have embedded below, says as much.

One possibility is that the video will have something to do with the Radeon 300 series, on whose launch date no one seems willing to agree. Some say it will come in a matter of days or weeks, others that it won't debut until April.

Another possibility is that the video will be a direct jab at NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 970 and the memory problems that came to light, as well as the erroneous specs provided last year.

It would not be too different from how the first Fixer video poked fun at NVIDIA's graphics cards while praising AMD Gaming Evolved and the Never Settle game bundles.

All of this is based on circumstantial evidence. The one thing that isn't is still an assumption: that the board in the video uses an ASUS DirectCU cooler.

I suppose we'll find out more tomorrow. I'll keep an eye out for when the video goes up.
