AMD has outed a new version of its Catalyst graphics driver, namely version 13.11 beta 9.2, which is compatible with Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems.

In addition to that, this new update consists of two separate download records compatible with both desktop and notebook system configurations.

However, the release is still a beta version, therefore it’s provided “AS IS” and under AMD’s terms and conditions, meaning that the producer doesn’t take credit for any related damage caused by the driver.

As for changes, version 13.11 beta 9.2 improves anti-aliasing performance and updates CrossFire profile for Call of Duty, reduces the fan speed (RPM) variance for Radeon R9 290 card series through a PowerTune update, and fixes some crashes spotted in legacy DirectX 9 applications.

Therefore, if you consider updating your graphics card driver to the latest version, download AMD Catalyst Graphics Driver 13.11 beta 9.2 for your system configuration, run the package, and follow the on-screen instructions.
