AMD has made available several Catalyst packages targeted at its Athlon and Sempron Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) with Radeon R3 graphics chipsets, which are compatible with most of Microsoft’s Windows platforms, both 32- and 64-bit variants.

Specifically speaking, the producer has released two WHQL-certified downloadable records, namely the 9.000.300.3001 graphics package compatible with the Windows XP OS, as well as Catalyst 13.352.1001.0000 suitable for the Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems.

In addition to that, AMD has also outed a beta version developed for the two APUs, namely the 14.200.0.0000 Catalyst, which can be installed on the same platforms as the 13.352.1001.0000 package.

Bear in mind that the beta-related driver is provided “AS IS” and under the producer’s terms and conditions; thus, AMD cannot be held responsible for any related damages caused by the installation of this version.

If you intend to apply one of these releases, simply get the proper package for your system configuration, close all programs and processes that might interfere with the upgrade, and run the newly downloaded executable.

Now, follow the displayed instructions for a complete and successful installation; when done, don’t forget to perform a restart to ensure that all changes take effect properly.

That being said, from the links below, follow the one that satisfies your needs, download and apply the package, and enjoy your newly updated AMD APU.
