In an attempt to offer same desktop performances to notebook gamers, AMD launches two new mobile processors within AMD Turion 64 family.

The processors will be included in two notebooks, ENVY Featherweight and ENVY Middleweight, produced by VoodooPC, a company specialized on gaming
systems production. The two notebooks belong to thin and light categories.

The AMD processors MT-40 and MT-37 offer a high compatibility to the latest graphics solutions and wireless connection. They also guarantee a diminished power use, which determines more battery time. MT-40 and Mt-37 offers also a higher level of security. By introducing the new models, AMD makes available over 8 versions of Turion.

The MT-40 and MT-37 will be available for sale on VoodooPC site and soon, for the entire distribution network in North America.

The MT-40 is priced at $359 for a thousand pieces and the MT-37 processor - $268 for a thousand pieces.
